Do not use this company. Ask about their policy, they do not tell you they ONLY organise appointments for cleaning for... the next day. They tell you their company policy is no longer than 1 day. If you intend to wait around at home for people who do not show up, or make you wait for 4 hours, then waste your money here. Taking up to small tribunal court to settle waste of time and resources.read more

Terrible service. I was charged a total of $140 for a service and chemical wash and 1 month later it is leaking. The... company offer 1 week warranty which does not match industry standard and its highly unlikely any issues would be experienced within the 1st week of repair therefor the warranty is pointless. Requested chemical overhaul for one unit. Cleaning was done as per normal, and the air-conditioner is working well.... However, there's one minor suggestion to service improvement. Service technician told me that I need to top-up gas, but I did not know that it is billed separately and he did not tell me the price of the top up.
