  • Dismantle the aircon covers, netting and water tray.
  • Using chemical with ultra high pressure machine jet gun to wash the aircon covers, netting, water tray and fancoil to prevent foul smell.
  • Clearing all algae, dirt, mold, and (jelly) to prevent chocking in the pipe.
  • Vacuuming drainage pipe.
  • Checking overall aircon condition and advice accordingly on site visit.

    Do not use this company. Ask about their policy, they do not tell you they ONLY organise appointments for cleaning for... the next day. They tell you their company policy is no longer than 1 day. If you intend to wait around at home for people who do not show up, or make you wait for 4 hours, then waste your money here.     Terrible service. I was charged a total of $140 for a service and chemical wash and 1 month later it is leaking. The... company offer 1 week warranty which does not match industry standard and its highly unlikely any issues would be experienced within the 1st week of repair therefor the warranty is pointless. I will not be using this service again.read more

    Requested chemical overhaul for one unit. Cleaning was done as per normal, and the air-conditioner is working well.... However, there's one minor suggestion to service improvement. Service technician told me that I need to top-up gas, but I did not know that it is billed separately and he did not tell me the price of the top up. I would really appreciate if this is done before performing of any services.read more
