By signing up the aircon courses, applicants agreed to the terms & conditions and the course registration policies listed below.

BEFORE COURSE ENTRY
Important To Note (Kindly Read):
(For Advanced Aircon Maintenance Course Applicant Must Have Basic Aircon Maintenance Knowledge)
1. Applicant have to complete the payment before attending the class. Our admin team will check with the account manager to confirm the completion of the payment by the applicant.
2. The class/training are conducted in 2 languages – English or Mandarin. Attendance must be 80% in order to get the certificate.
3. Lunch time will be strictly 1 hour, in the event of incompletion of course (not 80% attendance) the applicant will not be able to be deemed competent. Hence not getting the certificate. No appeals will be considered in this scenario.
4. Trainees will be required to sign in and out at each instance for example Arrival at start of class and start of lunch, end of lunch and end of lesson.
5. For online sign-up application, the class will be conducted in basic English. They will be notified through the application.
6. For Mandarin Classes, trainees can either call in/WhatsApp us to arrange a date and time for mandarin classes.
7. To be admitted into the classroom, applicant must complete the Safe Entry Check-in and also declare that you are not unwell.
8. Registration Identification Document (ID) Required
Trainees must produce the same Registration ID as the one that they had registered with, before they can be allowed to attend for the courses:
· For Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents: NRIC
· For Foreigners: Valid Passport, Employment Pass, Work Permit OR S Pass*
(*S Pass does not refer to Student Pass)
Trainees, who are Regulars or Full-time National Servicemen (NSFs) belonging to (Singapore Armed Forces/Singapore Police Force/Singapore Civil Defence) must produce their valid and original SAF/SPF/SCDF Card, respectively in order to be allowed to attend for the courses.
No other types of Registration IDs are allowed.
Trainees must ensure that their names and identity numbers on their IDs exactly match the information provided to Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd during their course registration.
Admission into Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Course Room
It is the responsibility of the trainees to ensure that they arrive at the course venue on time. There will be a 15-minutes grace period for late comers after which lesson will be start and trainees who arrive more than 30-minutes after the commencement of the course will NOT be allowed to get the certificate of completion for the course attended and will be recorded as being “Absent”. If trainees are refused admission, their course fees are non-refundable, non-deferrable, and non-transferrable.
Trainees must present their Registration ID to the trainers for verification of identity before they are permitted to go to their respective seat. If deemed necessary, the trainers reserve the right to request from trainees an alternative form of ID in order to accurately verify their identity. Trainees are obligated to produce the alternative ID upon request, failing which, they may be barred from attending the course.
Should any trainee attempt to use any other person to appear on his/her behalf, that trainee and the person who so appears will be reported to the police and/or relevant authority for appropriate action to be taken
Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings due to whatever reason, at any time during the examination or within Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd premises. In addition, trainees are advised not to bring any unnecessary valuables to the course room. If trainees choose to do so, the Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss of such items.
COURSE REGISTRATION POLICIES
Course Registration
Registration of any course must be made online at www.coolingaircon.com.sg/course.
How To Pay
Payment can be made by Paynow/Paylah To UEN: 202014394N
Or Payment Via iBanking/Fund Transfer To Our OCBC Current Account A/C No: 601-150774-001.
Confirmation Of Registration
A Confirmation of Course Registration will be sent to the applicant who has registered and paid up.
Cancellation Of Registration
Cancellation or withdrawal of the courses within 1 week will NOT BE ALLOWED and no refund of fees will be made. NO substitution or replacement of the applicant is allowed.
Trainees are allowed to cancel or withdraw 1 week before the date of the course.
Trainees can request for cancellation or withdrawal by emailing us, and admin team will proceed to cancel or withdraw trainees from the course.
Therefore, please check carefully before you submit the Registration.
Change Of Course Date And Time
You are allowed to change your registered courses based on the Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd prevailing rescheduling policy.
However, no refund of the course fee and change of course date / time administrative fee will be made.
Applicant have to reach out to our admin via email or the phone number provided in their email for rescheduling.
The administrative fee applicable for the change of course date / time varies depending on when your request is submitted, as follows:
If Applicant Submit Their Request:
7 or more working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before course date
Administrative Fee Payable:
· No fee is payable for the first time a request to change the course date/time is made for a particular course.
· An administrative fee of S$50.00 per request is payable for subsequent request to change the course date/time for that particular course.
If Applicant Submit Their Request:
Less than 7 working days but more than 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before course date
Administrative Fee Payable:
· An administrative fee of S$50.00 per request is payable.
If Applicant Submit Their Request:
2 working days or less (excluding weekends and public holidays) before course date
Administrative Fee Payable:
· No re-scheduling is allowed
*Note: Counting of the days does not include the actual course date itself.
APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATION
For Certificate of Completion:
1.Attendance must be a minimum of 80%
2.Must be able to complete assessment based on Trainer’s Assessment Checklist
3.Upon completing the Aircon Maintenance Courses, Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd will issue the Certificate of Completion with the Trainees Name, Course Name and Date of Completion.
Misplaced/ Loss of Certificate of Completion:
Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd does not reissue any certificate. However, any trainee who has misplaced the certificate can apply for it again by email or the phone number provided in their email. There will be an administrative fee of S$30.00 to reissue the Certificate of Completion of the courses. Otherwise, the application will not be processed.

Absent On The Day Of The Course
If applicant is absent on the day of course owing to one of the following valid reasons:
1.Medical grounds (self)
2.Bereavement (Immediate family member)
3.Disabling accident or injury (self)
4.Court appearance (self)
5.National service (self) in accordance with the Enlistment Act (Chapter 93)
in which case, applicant will be granted a 50% refund of the course fee upon submission of an application supported by the relevant documentary evidence.
Please contact us via email or the phone number given to apply for the partial Refund of your course fee. The applicant MUST submit to us the relevant documentary evidence (uploaded) within three (3) working days from the date of your course.
Please note that Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd accepts only valid medical certificates issued by registered medical practitioners or hospitals in Singapore.
All requests for refunds based on reasons other than those stated above will not be entertained.
Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd reserves the right to change its Refund Policy.
Changes & Cancellation
Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd solely reserves the right to make any changes (including the fees) owing to any unforeseen circumstances, or when it considers necessary or appropriate to do so.
Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course. In the event that a course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made. The decision of Cooling Aircon Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd is final.
Appeals
In any case of the appeals, the outcome must be solved latest by 1 month of the appeal date.
For the sake of transparency, reasons of eligible refunds regarding complaints will be – Trainer’s inefficiency, trainer’s absence, admin’s lapse of communication regarding training timing, venue or training details.
